It's a decent place to sleep for a night. Old carpeting, air conditioner, and not a great breakfast, but for one night it was just ok. I heard people walking above our room. So I knew it was an older building.

It was a great stay. The family and I had comfortable beds and a good nights sleep. Everything was clean and the area seemed safe. We found food options nearby too. Breakfast was provided and they had somethings something for everyone.

Not worth what it costs.
After check in office would not answer phone to answer questions.
The room looked clean but there were old used tissues behind the bed table.
Room was very plain and simple. It really lacked return appeal, especially for the cost. I thought for what it cost it would have been much better.
