Staff was great. In a great location. We were down in Nephi for a baseball tournament. The hotel was close to the field. Everything was great service wise. The room itself was okay, bed was comfortable, plenty of tv channels. The shower however was my only complaint. When we arrived, there were several dead flies in the tub and around the toilet. The water pressure of the shower was about a soft drizzle, along with zero hot water. Other than that the stay was great. Cold shower will help you wake up in the morning. Will most likely stay again due to the cost and location of the facility. Breakfast was great as well, plenty of things to choose from and take with you for the day.

I could not get the water to run in the bath for a shower. When I mentioned this the next morning the woman just said you have to pull very hard. If they knew there was a problem, why was it not fixed. Also I was in a bottom room and it sounded like a heard of elephants was in the upstairs room. very little noise insulation. I expect much more from Best Western and because of this I will be looking elsewhere for any future stays in Nephi

Great place to stay!
Nice clen room with lots of amenities and a very comfortable bed and pillows. We will stay here again.
