The morning lady 9/17 at the front desk and serving breakfast was a real gem too. So friendly and courteous. She anticipated our needs before we asked. She deserves a raise too! You are blessed to have her on your staff!

The toilet was plugged and they asked if we could take care of it with a plunger. No Kleenex. No bags for wet suits. Breakfast finally arrived as we were preparing to leave.

Staff were awesome, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Honesty the only problems I had were more with the owner of the building not updating the shower/rooms/AC or not buying food to supply for breakfast but the staff had good hearts about it and I would stay here again just for the staff and cleanliness.

No towels is room- had to go back down the stairs (no elevator on site) to request. A/C was barely functional and kept the room at a steady 75-80 degrees; made sleeping near impossible

Air conditioner didnt seem very good, but we were able to get a fan from the staff. Made us very comfortable.

Desk clerk was accommodating when we arrived; when we reserved, no mention nor ability to reserve handicap accommodations, no mention of lack of elevator; bed was uncomfortable, mattress appeared to be badly. Breakfast was delicious.

Got there at 3:30 and had to wait for them to get the rooms clean. Left and my key wasn’t working. They had to call the manager but were able to get me back in the room. Went to leave and come back again and had the same issue. Needed batteries for the door but they didn’t have any. Had to ask to get a room change.
