Yes, we are an older property but our team works hard to ensure the rooms are clean and comfortable.I apologize that you encountered issues upon check-in, I will look into that and appreciate it being brought to my attention. We, unfortunately, did have the boiler go out on the pool. We do not ask for those things to happen but we did get the new one installed and had to balance out chemicals so our guests can swim safely. We wish you safe travels and once again, we truly apologize that you did not have a good stay.

Great stay!
I needed a hotel close to Burt brothers motorsports and this fit the bill. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was great. Breakfast was delicious and my kids loved the pool/hot tub.

Gate that is extremely loud
I would have given 5 stars because the staff was helpful and the grounds were absolutely clean, even in the laundry and pool bathrooms. The ONLY downfall is that they have a gate that is commonly used by staff that it is so loud to all of the surrounding rooms. This woke me up SEVERAL times throughout the night and into early morning. I mentioned it as I was checking out and the staff member was very kind and stated she was aware and tried to close it gently when she uses it. This seems like such an easy fix. If employees are aware this is a problem then why hasn’t it been addressed? After a ten hour drive and being absolutely exhausted I was hoping to get a good night sleep. I will stay at another hotel next time I visit Tooele which is as sad because I usually stay here and really like this hotel.

What happens with the gates to the pool area is our Health Department requires them to be self closing; and we are looking into some different hardware to see if we can get them to self close a bit slower and still be in accordance with the Health Department requirements because when they close, they are a little quick and that is what causes them to be on the loud side. But we are trying to see what options we can work with and still be compliant. Other than that, we are delighted that you had a great stay while on property!

Horrible will never stay again.
The AC did not work. They did offer a floor unit which barely kept up in the 95° heat. It was an bandaid not a fix. Initially was booked full so another room was not offered. Come to find out they just forgot to take the sign down. Expected me to continue to go to the desk and ask for a new room. Why would I with the No Vacancy sign? When asked for a discount for my troubled stay, staff was very dismissive and acted like it was my fault I ended up in that room all weekend. And would not credit anything. I put in multiple complaints.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. At the time, the portable a/c was a fix; we did put a call into the HVAC technician; but he could not get on schedule until Tuesday. He has been out; we do not take those issues lightly. We do what we can; when an issue arised beyond our control. Like our homes, things go out that we do not ask for. I did issue a refund; as stated in the message I sent. That should be to your card within 5-7 business days; please watch for that.
