Everything was great. Except breakfast. For hot food we had sausage gravy and biscuits but had run out of biscuits and hadn’t made more at 9:15 am. Only other food was scrambled eggs. Was disappointed. While we were there several families with kids came in.

What a great property, everything was perfect. Manager Bernice was friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. Not many hotel options in this area but this one would be top rated anywhere!

The manager and staff were very accommodating and helpful place was clean and there were plenty of stores around in case we needed anything definitely recommend.

Nice clean hotel with breakfast. I would advise directions for the shower since i never saw one like that had to ask desk how to get it to work!!! Differenct type of spout! Not a big deal one you know

I liked the location-right across from an Aldi’s grocery and very close to a Starbucks (I use Ingles grocery). The room and lobby were nice. Breakfast was good. Gym on the second floor-we didn’t workout but used the water station to refill our water bottle. The only complaint is the pool is very small and we were not aware that it was closed. The front desk told us it needed to be cleared by the health department. I wish we could have used the pool.

It was Memorial Day weekend and the pool was not ready, since there was at least one turtle living in it, I had no expectations that it was going to be ready. It was very green and nasty. The bathroom needed a deep clean. It just wasn’t as nice as it once was. It’s overpriced by Hartwell standards, but the only hotel in town that isn’t sketchy.

Overall we had a good stay. The room and lobby was very clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Only one small issue was our bathroom toilet ran and ran which was kind of annoying but otherwise all good.
