I feel like I overpaid for this room. I lived in Plant City for over 20 years. I went back down there for business. I will never be staying at this Motel again. Not worth the money I paid

The room we stayed in, the floor was really uneven and sticky. The air conditioning went out on us the 2nd night and they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. It was hot.

This has to be the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed at and the whole place smells terrible.
因为其他房间都被订满了，所以只好住在这里。
第一个房间散发着霉味。我投诉后要求换到另一个房间，却被告知要付清洁费，因为我把东西放在了床上。
工作人员把我带到了一楼的另一个房间。味道更难闻。前台人员接下来的计划是试图欺骗我，让我相信没有味道。他打电话给经理，经理进来确认说：“没错，就是霉味和潮湿味。”
他们帮我换了另一个房间。味道消失了，但还是很恶心。
他们在大厅里喷了满满的空气清新剂来掩盖味道。显然，上次飓风来袭时，一楼被严重淹了，而且没有妥善处理防潮问题。
其他地方看起来好像已经好几周或好几个月没打扫过了。
作为一个在最糟糕的地方睡过好几年地的人，这简直是世界第三高……
为我服务的那位男士的客户服务非常糟糕。
床单很脏，食物很不尽如人意，接待处没有饮用水。
房间里有我需要的一切，正是我需要的。
酒店非常老旧，而且被忽视了，他们没有早餐
