I’ve stayed here many times and find it to always be clean and comfortable. The night we stayed got pretty cold and I never could figure out how to get the heat to kick on. They only give you a thinner blanket more suited for summer. I’m sure I could’ve asked the front desk about the heat and for an extra blanket, but it was late and I was in my pj’s, so I just made do. So think ahead and be prepared for colder weather. I also had trouble sleeping due to being on the side of the hotel facing the street, and in the future I’ll make sure to request the opposite side which we’ve always found to be quiet. Cleanliness, service, and the breakfast were all great though.

We stayed in Room 221, and starting around 3:30 AM, there was extremely loud noise coming from Rooms 222 and 223—it literally sounded like a party. The noise was so bad that we couldn’t sleep at all.
The front desk should never have assigned those rooms to guests who were so disruptive. It completely ruined our night and our experience at the hotel.

Room was very clean n nicely decorated. AC was very cold. Lady at check in was great!
Had to leave too early to get my sister to the airport so didnt get to have breakfast, but have heard they serve a good one. Will definitely stay here again.

We found it very hard to sleep, even though the beds were very comfortable. But the traffic noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Also, we had to leave one day early and asked for a refund but that did not happen. We were told it would have to be through *******.

As far as the refund, you went through ******* (third party) so it will have to be done through them no the hotel. We a very flexible when working with our valued guests and would have honored this request on our end if you would have went directly through the hotel.

Check in was great. Staff very friendly
Room clean. The sheets were pretty much worn out! A lot of road noise which can’t be helped but I wish I would have known ahead of time.

房间里面有个门跟隔壁是相通的，虽然有两个门互相不能走动，但是隔音实在太差了。
早餐6点开始，早上出去比较早，5点50分路过想顺便带两片已经摆好的吐司都不行
前台很热情耐心，房间干净安静，停车方便，很棒的酒店！
