I always enjoy leaving an honest review. The Baymont in Helen was a fun stay for me and my family. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The view was great from the balcony and the beds were really comfortable.

Overall for the location and price not bad. The original room we were in had an odor, bad enough for us to call and request to be moved. They were very accommodating and got us in a new room immediately. Would stay there again.

We had a king suite, advertised with a fireplace, balcony, jetted tub. The fireplace did not work, we were informed that is a "december" thing, and would not work until then. Too bad we arrived in October. The balcony was pretty good, faced the park. The jetted tub was ok. A little small, but 2 plump adults can fit alright. The jets are medium force, at best. The bed however was pretty comfortable. The pillows were a little better than the stndard pancake style. The breakfast consists of muffins, cereal, pastries, and pre- made bacon egg cheese biscuits. So, nothing healthy. If that's what you're looking for. Overall, for the price we paid, and even though the fireplace didn't work, I feel like this is a pretty good place to stay if you want a large suite, comfortable bed, and 4-5 minute walk to the Festhalle.

The staff at the front desk , was not friendly at all put he gave me an extra placket , the room was clean ,and big the cleaning lady was nice,I’m satisfied , for what I paid for!

The first room we were given was not clean (beds not made from last guest, trash on the floor, etc.) and the second room had trash left from the cleaning crew. The food was all prepackaged, including the waffles and the coffee was never brewed to ensure all guests could get it when they wanted coffee.

The wall inside the room was dirty with something splashed on it. The entire room had a strong mildew smell. The faucet in the sink splashed water forward and leaked onto the counter when open. Overall the hotel needs maintenance.

The door to our room could be opened from the outside with little difficulty after it was closed. There was an air conditioner leak from the room directly over us, and it dripped onto the window sill in our room.

汽车旅馆的水平吧，小孩子反映房间有虫子，一晚没睡好，helen小镇不大，走上半个小时就全逛完了，主要还是看建筑，gift就没啥有特色的
春天的时候价格很划算，而且还免费升级到了带阳台的房间。早餐比较简单。
整个入住期间都还不错。
