The door to our room could be opened from the outside with little difficulty after it was closed. There was an air conditioner leak from the room directly over us, and it dripped onto the window sill in our room.

Bed was comfortable. Carpet was so dirty that when we put our feet in the bed it brought dirt and crumbs and made our white socks turn brown. That could not be from skipping vacuuming once or twice. There was sand on the bathroom floor. The bath tub was nearly flooded when we arrived. The fireplace didn't turn on. They served room temperature egg sandwiches. The ice room smelled like cigarettes. We arrived at night and upgraded or room for a mountain view. Next morning we looked for a mountain but there was only a steep hill. So 80 dollar upgrade was a waste! Staff was pleasant enough.

Needs updating : bathtub not great , toilet hard to flush, sink broken and dripping , mattress needs replaced , parts of tv stand sitting against wall . Kept flops on

We have stayed here a lot over the years. Staff is great. Hotel needs some work. Starting to get run down.

When we got to our room, the door latch/knob was broken. Almost couldn't get into the room. Front desk sent maintenance right away. Door latch was not completely fixed, but we could get in. This is an older hotel, and we were there for only one night. Lots of upgrades need to be done. We would not have wanted to stay more than one night.

Hot in Helen
The room was very dated and the walls where dirty. It appeared to have blood on bathroom wall. First night we where there the A/C went out and maintenance didnt arrive until the following evening. Management didnt want to compensate or move our room.

No Baymont for me in the future
I booked our room on Hotels. Com and two days before our arrival I got a "Thank You" text from Baymont telling me my reservation was canceled! I was to attend a wedding with my family and had no room! Baymont did not answer when I tried (several times) to reach someone! No explanation from them at all. I was told by Hotels. Com that they could not help get another room and they did not know what happened. My theory is that the Baymont was fully booked and it was the first day of Octoberfest in Helen, where the hotel is located and they knew they could get ALOT more money for the rooms I reserved, so they canceled and booked someone else at a much higher price.( I checked rates) BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

The hotel is closed for renovations, but took my money and didn’t let me know they were closed. They are still taking reservations and peoples money, so I reported them to the chamber of commerce.
汽车旅馆的水平吧,小孩子反映房间有虫子,一晚没睡好,helen小镇不大,走上半个小时就全逛完了,主要还是看建筑,gift就没啥有特色的
春天的时候价格很划算,而且还免费升级到了带阳台的房间。早餐比较简单。
