1. No USB outlets at table lamps
2. AC unit leaks causing carpet to stay wet.
3. Bathroom door difficult to close properly without excessive force

Great hotel, needs pest control
Great stay, but the only thing keeping me from rating it excellent is the fact that I found a roach in the shower immediately after checking in on Friday (April 4).

This was perfect for our local FL trip. We were passing through driving from West to East and needed to overnight at a hotel, at a reasonable nightly rate . Clean and quiet. Easy check in. The breakfast in the morning was more than enough and delicious with all the classic breakfast choices. Coffee was especially delicious! We went on our way well rested and a full belly :-) Plenty of shopping choices around the property. Many thanks to the staff! We'll be back should we

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bathroom shower new, immaculate and convenient to use. Room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived to the door of our room, the door was half kicked in. Like somebody tried to bust in. When I alerted the front desk, they had no idea. How does that happen? We were given a lower floor room which was ok but noisy and there was a small amount of loitering in the parking lot. Didn’t feel all that safe.
