Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast buffet staff was not helpful at all. With 1 hour left for breakfast there was next to nothing left. Nothing was being refilled. I asked for milk for cereal and was told she’ll get it when she can. She never did get us milk. Breakfast was horribly disappointing and we couldn’t eat anything.

The overall stay was great. My only complaint was the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. More like a warm shower. Other than that the stay was great.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly!! They answered all of my questions before, during and even after my stay. The free hot breakfast was a definite factor of my decision to stay here. The hot tub was a big plus but the pool could’ve been warmer.

Good value for the price point. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected considering the price point. Coffee is not good, had to run out for a drinkable cup.

The AC was very noisy. My room had a water leak under the faucet. I woke up to the floor with water, and I had to put towels on the floor. I was moved to another room. The other room had small roaches around one of the nightlight stands.
