Clean rooms and property and maintenance was well kept. Very pleasant staff especially Nelly the hostess for breakfast. She was very attentive and very sweet and friendly. She made you feel welcome and that She was all about making your stay pleasant. Only thing that I wished they had, since I can’t have dairy or gluten wish there were more things I could eat. But I do understand it is hard to work around everyone’s dietary needs. We stop there on our way to Florida. This was our second time it will be our place to stop now.

I always stay here twice a year. Traveling to Kentucky and home to Florida. I've never been disappointed, the room's are clean, fantastic beds, amenities are top of the line. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful! Nice breakfast also. I'd recommend this Best Western for your stay.

Great stop on a road trip
Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I would definitely stop there again. Breakfast was just OK but for the price I'm fine with that. Waffles, sausage, cereal, fruit. The indoor pool looked nice but we didn't use it.

Good hotel for on the road trips.
The hotel was very nice. Front desk gal at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. Its an older hotel thus the 4s on comfort and condition. Stayed one night on road trip. Well worth the price. Good Breakfast

The whole reason we went was for the indoor pool and a hot tub. When we got there the first day, the hot tub was not hot, so we told management about it. The next day we went early in the morning, and it was cold. They had just refilled it, and we told them about it again. The following day we went again, and it was cold. We were not satisfied at all, and they told us that they usually don't turn it on in the morning because there aren't that many people there. But if you're open, it should be hot; it's called a hot tub for a reason. So that's why I give it 0 stars. Thank you.
