The toilet did not work and had to transfer rooms late at night. The shower head was not adjustable so the water went all over the floor. We had to switch rooms to a much smaller room from inside the hotel to outside which was very loud.

Definitely an average place. Room is clean, small and a little dated. Some rooms are interior access and most are exterior. 2 stories, no elevator. Hotel is built in late 70’s? Room was small, can’t imagine 4 people in it.
Breakfast was good, staff were really friendly. It is a “budget” friendly hotel at 125.00 a night.

The staff were friendly/helpful. The room we were given was not very clean. Corners and carpet not well vaccumed well. Crumbs on the floor and on the coffee tray ( how odd). We moved a chair from a corner to in front of the TV, and the carpet under it full of debris. Refrigerator was shut off. It was not what I expected from a Best Western hotel.

The staff here were absolutely stellar! Bed was super comfy. Room was exceptionally clean, but did have a slightly funky odor, but nothing too overwhelming. The included breakfast was adequate, food was fresh with a fair selection of items. Nothing crazy fancy but certainly put fuel in the tank and so I was happy. The waffle iron with batter was my favorite, scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy and warm with just the right amount of cheese. Would stay here again!

The room smelled realy bad. Had to by deodorant to cut the smell. Wouldn't let us have another king room. No rooms avabale at 4:00 pm.
