The room was filthy. The furniture looked like rats or dogs are chewing on it. Spider web all over the room
No tv channels. Breakfast was the same for 4 days straight. Told I couldn’t get new towels unless I stayed 4 nights. Carpet in hall and in room was gross and stained. Workers just played on their phones and had friends laying around the lobby.
I will never go back

Elevator was not working properly. They had rooms that were completely vacant and not operable. We had to do a long walk from the staircase to the room. They didn’t have any ice for us to use for the full-time we were at the property.

Put on third floor, multiple rooms had no door locks so it felt unsafe walking the hall; elevator out of service and stairs had no AC; AC in room leaked water everywhere; furniture was old and peeling; not at all as advertised; mini fridge didn’t work

Will be using again
Rooms were very clean and fresh smelling upon entry. All the receptionist where very polite, helpful, and patient as I kept locking my key card in the room 3 times. Fresh made breakfast along with variety of beverages cold and hot. I did not see one bug in the room fresh linens, stocked toiletries, personal coffee maker in room as well as above average mini fridge. Very quiet hallways, very refreshing pool with lots of sitting areas. Convenience store and a couple of restaurants within walking distance

As soon as I arrived the lady couldn't find my reservation, then I was informed the room I reserved was unavailable. I had to take a room with two Double beds instead of a king, it was on the third floor and THE ELEVATOR was BROKEN!! The room had broken furniture, unclean stains on the furniture and floor with a weird smell. When I went down for some coffee, I was told there wasn't any. I also needed to have a document printed out but their printer had no ink. So NO go there. I was very disappointed with my stay as the ratings stated it was an 8 out of 10? I'm not sure who had done past reviews but I think they were blind, had no sense of smell and liked to run up and down stairs all day and never drank coffee after 9am!!

I just think it needs a redo. The outside especially by the dumpster were filthy even with discarded mattresses. We did not even try the breakfast. The staff was good.

The elevator was out of service and the outside doors that should need a key were unlocked 24/7. A lot of loitering outside and trash around the outside of the property
