The hotel was very clean and the staff was quite friendly and polite! This is an older hotel and it's showing it's age. But the building is still very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in St. Paul!

Very welcoming staff and helpful. The shuttle to Wild games is huge, should be advertised, many people look for that. Great food in the bar area and good selection for breakfast.

The room had no AC available but was 72 plus degrees with window open and shower head was around 4 1/2 feet high.

No one at the front desk at night. We waited for 40 mins for a shuttle to get back to the hotel and they said were going to have two going every 15 min, but no one at the front desk to answer calls and letting us know what was happening. I sat there with my daughter waiting. At least could have someone let us know.

The air conditioning was broken. Our rooms were like saunas. There was a construction project that went all night next to the hotel. We got no sleep.

Nice room. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Appreciated the shuttle service to the arena. The downside was the traffic outside is really loud and kept us up.
