This hotel is always a good stay with a great staff in the hotel and restaurant is always good. Would recommend the stay to everyone.

Stayed a couple nights to see friends. Was kind and quick, helpful, friendly. Felt like a friend not a customer. The room was clean and the bed was so cozy. Very easy to find and walking distance to down town. Everything was perfect for us.

The staff at Kootenai River Inn are unsurpassed in dedication to their guests. EVERY staff member is helpful and so considerate. I feel like I am among good friends. It is a great value for the quality of this hotel. The view of the river from the deck is amazing. Again many thanks to all. See you soon!

Wonderful stay in the friendly town of Bonners Ferry, Idaho!!! This is our favourite getaway from the crowded overrun area we live in, in East Edmonton which is crime ridden and very unsafe. Even though this is a long 8-9 hour drive for us, we always love this Northern Idaho getaway!!!

Highest rated hotel we have been to on our entire visit to Montana this summer. Hospitality was excellent and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone we encountered was willing to go that extra mile for us. Our room was fabulous, extremely comfortable bed and chairs to sit on. The shower was exhilarating and very clean. Then the biggest surprise was a menu breakfast was included. We had the Country Fried Steak with eggs and very crispy hash browns, and the sausage gravy was delicious. The Tex Mex Omelette tasted just like a Taco. The rye toast on both plates was fresh, thickly cut and just enough butter to enhance the flavor of the bread. We were very impressed with everything about our stay, even though we didn’t win in the ******. They had one area with smoking which was so disgusting, but we spent most of our time in the 2 other areas where there was no smoking.

Great rooms next to the Kootenai river with wonderful views of the river and mountains. Rooms have real glassware. All guests receive a complimentary breakfast served in the dining room. One of the best we have had which included great bacon or ham, eggs cooked as you want them, hashbrowns, toast with juice or coffee, served by a waiter. Outstanding.

I have stayed at this hotel for years. They have consistently given me wonderful hospitality. They have great amenities such as their relaxing spa. This hotel/resort has great value. The location by the Kootenai River offers fantastic views!
