The bathroom in our room was not clean, particularly the mirror and sink. The breakfast area tables were never clean and the yogurt machine and juice machine were not working. Thethe thermostat in our room did not work properly and it was like a refrigerator all the time.

There were several issues that made a stay below standard.
1) The pillows on the bed were small square throw pillows you would use on a sofa. They were very hard, to high which resulted in neck cramps and stiffness.
2) The usb and electrical outlets which are based on the bedside lamp were worn out, causing connectivity issues. My guest used a medical breathing device while sleeping and it contentiously was turning off due to the electrical outlet not functioning correctly.
3) The shower soap dispenser was empty, the kleenex box also needed to be restocked. It had one tissue only. Housekeeping needs to be more through when cleaning and restocking the rooms.
4) The breakfast was absolutely poor quality and should be an embarrassment to the hotel. The juice machine as completely empty. The device had four juice choice and all of them were empty. The coffee machine had a sign on it that it was out of order. The eggs and sausage treys looked as if they had reused these items for several days and just rewarmed them. There was one apple (as far as a fruit choice). There were 4 pieces of wheat toast and no other bread/pastry choices. The cereal area was a disaster and there was no milk if wanting to choice this as a food option.
6) The choice in air freshener that the hotel chose to use in their ventilation system was a very strange smell.
7) Front desk never answered the phone
For the price per night, this was very unsatisfactory and I would not recommend the hotel.
