It is very clean this is our 3rd time coming to this hotel. I mistakenly made the reservation for another date and they were able to accommodate me and my family to the desired date. Front desk is very professional and kind. We will definitely book it on our next visit.

房间还没准备好，还没到入住时间。理由是要洗地毯。经理坚持要我预付房费，我旅行时从来没这样做过。房间准备好后，由于空调漏水，这间最初的房间的地毯都湿透了（经理知道情况，但还是把我们安排在了房间里）。下午的员工来的时候，我们解释了情况，她很好心地帮我们换了房间。咖啡机和网络在员工值班期间都无法正常工作。上午的经理耸耸肩，说他的网络很好。天黑后，很多人在停车场闲逛。也许这里不是城里最好的地段。再也不会住这个品牌的酒店了。住宿费用太高，经理对顾客漠不关心。
我预订这家酒店是因为广告宣传有热水浴缸，而且图片也显示有热水浴缸。但一到酒店，我就发现酒店和照片上显示的不一样。通往泳池的门上贴着“热水浴缸故障”的标志，热水浴缸里的水也褪色了。工作人员告诉我，由于我是通过*******预订的，所以无法退款。
酒店不错，房间有点霉味，比较旧，但其他还算干净整洁，早餐品种有点少，不过免费的也够了
