Josh and Katelyn are such super great people. Just having them at the front desk make checking in and out pleasurable. They make you feel like family. Rooms are always cleanand fresh. If you need anything both are always helpful.

从波特兰机场到温哥华的Best Western酒店，路线选择很多。你可以从机场乘坐轻轨到公交总站。从波特兰市中心或温哥华市中心出发，观光都很方便。到达酒店站点后，去酒店非常便捷。这里非常适合商务出差或度假。
房间很大，床很舒服。早餐选择多样，非常棒。入住和退房都很顺利，没有遇到任何问题。酒店位置很好找，停车位也很充足。
位置很好，员工很友善。
工作人员非常乐于助人，10/10。
*******网站上的套房图片和实际入住的套房完全不一样。不过前台接待员态度还不错。早餐糟透了——很多选择都没有，而我们在其他Best Western Plus酒店都能吃到。入口处到处都是落叶。床边的边桌上竟然没有台灯。千万别住这家酒店，找别的地方住吧。
楼上房间凌晨两三点还有孩子跑来跑去，吵得要命，妈妈们却跑出去抽烟。服务太差劲了！凌晨一点半我打电话投诉，结果没人管。第二天早上我才知道，原来是经理和她一家带着孩子住在那个房间里，噪音就是从那里传出来的。经理和她家人凌晨两三点光着脚在外面抽烟吵架，真是让人失望。真没想到公司居然允许这种事发生。
大堂、电梯候车区、电梯和楼层走廊都臭气熏天。我们拿到的第一个房间一股浓重的烟味，我们进去后连灯都没开就出来了。下楼后，他们给了我们走廊对面的房间，结果还是一股烟味。以后再也不会住这家酒店了，以后也不会再住贝斯特韦斯特酒店了。0/10，强烈不推荐。
