Needs upgrading. You have to run the water for a long time for it to get hot. For the money you're paying, you shouldn't have to wait to get hot water in the shower or in the sink. Also, TV was very far away from the bed in my suite. Not practical.

The room was okay. The TV was old and picture was poor quality. the bathroom could have been cleaner. I think everything is old. Some of the furniture had holes in it and there were stains on the carpet.
The staff was great. We did not eat on the premises, don't know that I would do that. It served the purpose of a inexpensive room that we used just to shower and sleep in.

The pictures did not accurately capture this room. The room was not updated. The countertops and nightstands were noticeably dusty, the linen had spots on the sheets, the towels were beyond dingy, and the shower looked atrocious...to the point that we did not even shower in the room. I was so uncomfortable during the entire stay...I slept on top of the sheets and literally used my coat as a blanket because I refused to sleep in the sheets. Furthermore, as we were checking in, there was another guest checking out of her room because she saw a mouse in there. I was horrified and wanted to leave our room immediately. I wanted to drive two hours back home after the concert rather than staying in that room, but my friend refused to let us leave as we were already exhausted. I even suggested sleeping in the car in the parking lot. The pictures posted on ******* were fallacious. Our room looked NOTHING like what was posted on the website.

The advertisement was false and the hotel itself was horrendous. My room was 205. The room itself was moldy, dirty, and infested with mice. Two ran across my room exiting from the bathroom of which I was afraid to leave the room at that time. But I did. Upon my arrival and inspection of the room, the first thing I notice was the harsh smell and Bath tub was dirty. There was water leaking from second floor ceiling in the hallway of which I was staying and the room had a strong scent or ammonia and musk which made it extremely hard to breathe. The smell was in my mouth. I could taste it. I told the receptionist the room was unsanitary, unsafe and unhealthy and that I could not stay there. She attempted to put me in another room on the fourth floor (419) with the same smell and unsanitary issue. Because she did not understand my concern and would not refund me, I had to vacate because I had no where to sleep. She told me my money was non refunded as well as the parking and that I could try to talk to the manager on Tuesday 11/25/25 about. I’m appalled

太糟糕了,根本没住,也没办理入住。
这家酒店相当破旧。冰箱放在壁橱里,冰箱后面长了很多霉,而且冰箱噪音很大。
除此之外,房间还算干净,只是地毯很旧了。
下次我宁愿多花点钱住一家更好的酒店。我们付了80欧元和25美元的停车费。早餐很简单,但还可以接受。酒店位置很中心,离海滩不远,甚至可以步行到丹吉尔奥特莱斯购物中心。
