Check in at 3 pm. Go to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned, beds are unmade. Take a closer look at the sheets and they are torn with ragged edges. Room was not clean - very worn. Went to front desk and said we were leaving. Nasty place.

Room was in good condition. The bed was very uncomfortable. Everytime you moved it squeeked, the A/C unit, made a weird noise when it cut off. Waked me up several times during the night. The staff were nice. I will not stay at this Best Western again. I have stayed in many and this one was by far the worst experience I have had.
