Motel needs overhaul. Poorly maintained. Cheap sheets and hard uncomfortable pillows. Noisy. Heater not working properly. Thin walls. Breakfast was COLD. Extremely extremely rude nasty woman overseeing breakfast. Worst motel ever.

Sheets were stained. The beds were uncomfortable. Bed linens and pillows were paper thin. The eggs at breakfast were crunchy like sponges. Pancakes were grainy.

Was not the best but not the worst. Breakfast was horrible coffee was cold. Was not what I expected from my last visit.

Its a bit expensive. The property needs updated in some areas.
The staff is amazing. They are accomadating though. I will return next year. Look forward to updates to the rooms and breakfast menu

When we got there we were put in a smoking room (didn't know that was a thing) , was charged $40 and we don't smoke!! The room had one garbage can and no chair to sit in (there was and ottoman 🙄) We will NEVER go back!!

Clean enough, but older. Soda machine broken, WiFi down, laundry machines out of order, and mold in the bathroom. Lawn maintenance began at 8am.

My car was parked in the parking lot and when I came out they had the lawn service people My brand new car was covered in grass rocks dirt I had to take it through the car wash just to get it off then that left scratches on my car I am beyond mad.
Venomic matters even worse when I went and asked for clean towels they refused to give me any

I had to battle with rouches in my bed all night, the bathroom was so dirty that I couldn't even take a shower there

我告诉他们我带着两只服务犬，他们却想把我安排到吸烟房。我深夜才到，而且我预订的是无烟房，也要求了低楼层，结果却发生了吸烟房这件事。
电视遥控器缺了一大块，导致电视根本用不了。我告知前台后，他们给我拿了一个同样不能换台的遥控器。最糟糕的是，前台的那个人似乎毫不在意，甚至还嘲笑我。！！！我提前一天就退房了！！！！！！
他们明知道电视坏了就不应该把房间租出去。我给前台留了三次口信，让经理给我回电话。但从来没有人打给我。我早上确实和前台的人聊了，她说所有的遥控器都坏了，他们已经订购了，但还在缺货中。
再说一遍，我每天付100美元，就是为了一个带有正常运行的浴室和电视的房间！！我不想在一个没有电视的酒店住三个晚上。
地毯真的很脏。不确定在我有生之年它是否被清洗或去污过！！！
我不应该为这种垃圾买单！！如果连最基本的要求都达不到，就不要把房间租出去！！！
