My car was parked in the parking lot and when I came out they had the lawn service people My brand new car was covered in grass rocks dirt I had to take it through the car wash just to get it off then that left scratches on my car I am beyond mad.
Venomic matters even worse when I went and asked for clean towels they refused to give me any

Budget friendly alternative to hotels near FSU
Stayed there as a less expensive option for attending FSU graduation. Older hotel but clean and well maintained. Staff is great.

This motel is deplorable!
This motel is deplorable and disgusting. I was in the building for only 10 mins and gave back the key to the room and left to find a hotel that did not smell of mold and nicotine with a disgusting bathroom. A hotel where I felt safe.
A hotel where the guest was not exchanging cash for their stay.
I was shocked that they were given a 4 out of 5 stars. That is very misleading!!!

The refrigerator was filthy and food left inside.....UNCLEAN!
The ice machine FILTHY.... I wouldn't let a pet use the ice from the machine nevertheless a human being!!!!
We didn't take a shower.....the tub looked horrible!
If it wasn't for a family member graduating from a nearby college in Florida we would have went back home!!!!
I have pictures and reported it to the front desk!!!! No one has even responded 😡

我告诉他们我带着两只服务犬，他们却想把我安排到吸烟房。我深夜才到，而且我预订的是无烟房，也要求了低楼层，结果却发生了吸烟房这件事。
电视遥控器缺了一大块，导致电视根本用不了。我告知前台后，他们给我拿了一个同样不能换台的遥控器。最糟糕的是，前台的那个人似乎毫不在意，甚至还嘲笑我。！！！我提前一天就退房了！！！！！！
他们明知道电视坏了就不应该把房间租出去。我给前台留了三次口信，让经理给我回电话。但从来没有人打给我。我早上确实和前台的人聊了，她说所有的遥控器都坏了，他们已经订购了，但还在缺货中。
再说一遍，我每天付100美元，就是为了一个带有正常运行的浴室和电视的房间！！我不想在一个没有电视的酒店住三个晚上。
地毯真的很脏。不确定在我有生之年它是否被清洗或去污过！！！
我不应该为这种垃圾买单！！如果连最基本的要求都达不到，就不要把房间租出去！！！
