Hide-a-bed needs a new mattress, pool wasnt heated, pool doesnt open until 10 and checkout is 11, staff was helpful and friendly though

etc comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful about navigating the area over to the river front. I would recommend a stay here again.

The room had mold in it my kids have asthma the room smelled like mold , it wasn’t good for the health their was spiders on the ceiling on the floor on the bed , there were roaches as well, I was suppose to stay 2 nights but could only stomach the stay for one night, I will never stay at a best western again . They issued me a refund and then charged me again a week later, so here I am 2 weeks later still trying to get my refund

Sidney at the front desk was extremely welcoming! If you’re looking for a nice room this place has it, very comforting and luxurious. My only constructive feedback were our room ac unit was leaking water, not sure if all of them are, the pool area is to cold to get also get into cold water, and housekeeping did repeatedly come to the door 1 after another. Other than that, Bed extremely comfortable and tv is set up so nice, a couch is always a plus!, the environment is also great with a 24 convent store and Waffle House also being 24hrs, many close by activities as well. Overall I’d give an 8/10 and would definitely return!

The property was nice and quiet, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only small complaint I have is when you’re in the room and want to watch tv, the channels don’t really have good reception and the channels would go in and out.

Breakfast!!!
Everything was amazing . I just wish they’ll serve breakfast earlier , every hotel server at 6am . 5am should be standard . I’ll definitely stay again .

总体挺不错的
相对于其他的酒店，这家算是不错的了。房间还可以，空间很大。再有个衣柜或衣架就更好了。早餐只有美式的，很简单。离机场比较近，但没有听到噪音。
我在房间里发现了一只蟑螂，沙发床不干净，当我们打开它时，里面有碎屑和内衣
