Great hotel,very clean,nice safe area with plenty of restaurant options and probably some of the friendliest staff we've ever encountered.Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of hot choices,will definitely stay here again when we cruise from jaxport.

The staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice, but the room was terrible. It smelled musty and I didn’t realize it until much later in the evening that the carpet was wet. Also, I decided to use the microwave, opened it up and saw old stinky mac & cheese in there from a previous guest. I booked a two nights stay and I left after one night. On my way out of the room as I was checking out, there was a cockroach that ran right in front of my door in the second floor hallway. I guess you really get what you pay for.

We marked an average on property conditions it was clean. The bathroom was a little bit tiny like if you sat on the toilet and you had an emergency, nobody could get in there because your knee was up against the door. So not handicap accessible and also the room smell like mold from the air conditioner, really strong mold, so it was a little hard to breathe. The staff was wonderful. The place was nice just the rooms themselves . Had that smell. we thought it was just our room and was going to ask to change rooms but then they were cleaning the rooms the next morning and the doors were open so we could really smell it good. But the staff again was wonderful.

I really appreciate the staff and their willingness to help. They were more than happy to help with anything requested. However, one issue was apparent. The first floor room that we were in was super damp and musty. Though there wasn't a scent of mold. But every time we walked on the carpet, it was damp. This has a potential to have mold and there has to be some reason for the dampness.

The property overall was okay. The area seemed a little sketchy. The room had a very musty smell and we were not comfortable taking a shower because of the condition of the shower stall.

The only complaint I have is that we had to go out and buy an air mattress because the sofa bed mattress was so thin it was painful to sleep on.

Decent hotel but needs new beds
The hotel wasn’t bad but the bed was super uncomfortable. The water had a musty smell too. It was a spacious room though and fit our need for one night passing through.

Old renovated property. Smelled of mildew. Rooms and dining area were small and cramped in.
Staff was nice and also helpful but they can't make up for a worn out property. Won't stay there again
