the Ac in my room was older and when on it sounded weird like a bad wind storm. I eventually put ear plugs in.

Staff was.very courteous and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. The coffee pot was on a narrow shelf under the tv stand which had to be pulled out and taken to a place that had a plug. Inconvenient and difficult for older people. The tiles on the little ramp into the shower were slippery when wet.

Room had gross odour. Bed sheets tired and worn pillow cases. Bed comfortable.
Certainly not 8.8 rating, maybe a solid 7. Breakfast was meh. Bathroom toilet has staining around base caulking.
Check in good.
