I had booked a king room with a separate living room suite. However, when I checked in, they didn’t have my suite. Instead, I was given a “closet” that was actually a storage room for the hotel. It was filled with Christmas and holiday decorations. I was outraged and felt that they were trying to make up for the inconvenience by giving me this horrible room for $50. I can’t believe they treated me this way, especially since I had a confirmed king suite that wasn’t available when I checked in.
I’m completely clueless about how that works. If I had a confirmed reservation, shouldn’t they have had it available when I checked in?

Clean and friendly staff. The morning desk person did not have money to break a 20 which was disappointing- hard to tip staff.
Hot tub was one reason we booked it and it was not hot at all and was very disappointing

The breakfast buffet was top notch; clean, fully stocked, tasty. The dining/kitchen staff worked diligently to keep everything socked and clean. Only complaint was during my week stay, housekeeping never made my bed. They came in everyday to refresh towels but never made the bed. That’s just so strange.

Great Road Trip Stop Over!!
Room was very nice, lot of extra amenities like a rinsing station for your car and a highly rated breakfast with cooked to order eggs.

The rooms were large and spacious, and the bathtub was large enough to fit two people. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
