We enjoyed our stay but I was a bit surprised we had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot. I've never experienced that. Our room was also missing an ice bucket and the remote for the tv. I was pleased with our view!

It was very nice. Only overnight stay, so we didn’t get to go out to the beach.
Unfortunately, there was not a microwave in the room, no complimentary water.

Be aware when booking this property that you will be charged $10 a day to park your own car. We have stayed at many Ormond Beach locations on A1A and have never been charged for parking.

The room was very clean. We had a room with a small outside patio that was railed in wonderful view of the beach. I was a little upset that they had given our room away because we didn’t get there till 6 PM but they tried their best to make it right the staff was super friendly. We’ve stayed here before and we will definitely stay there again. We are having a wedding over there in January, and this will be our recommendation for out-of-town guests who do not wish to stay at the venue.

Hotel charged $10.00 per night to park! No light at all on the 5th floor had to use the phone flashlight to see the room number, no room service. Very disappointed especially about the parking fee!!

Pool closed, walls so thin you could hear the neighbors TV all night, uncomfortable bed with a burnt comforter, not buffet breakfast as advertised - mediocre continental breakfast at best. Low quality for Hilton. Very disappointed.

我们这次入住这家酒店的经历极其令人失望,我不会推荐给其他人。
房间乍一看似乎有些新旧,但很快就发现清洁工作做得非常糟糕。一进房间,浴室和卧室里到处都是长长的黑头发——马桶上、浴缸里,甚至连床单上都粘着头发。我们一开始清理了一下,以为问题不大,就离开了。真后悔当时没在上厕所前拍张照片,当时马桶座圈上全是头发,但我还是赶紧擦掉了就用了。
我们特意预订了这间房,因为它广告上说可以住六个人,有三张床。两张床确实按预期摆放好了,但晚上我们把沙发床拉出来给孩子们睡时,却发现里面根本没有床上用品。我们去前台询问,被告知他们没有床上用品可以提供。这令人震惊,因为为所有宣传的住宿提供床上用品应该是标准配置。我们只拿到了三张散落的床单,而且工作人员态度冷漠,敷衍了事。
之后,我们要求增加毛巾,因为房间里只有三条毛巾,却要供六位客人使用。前台询问我们有多少条毛巾,然后粗鲁地告诉我们,用完泳池后“应该去要沙滩巾”。办理入住时,酒店没有提供任何相关信息,也没有任何书面通知解释这项规定。办理入住时,我们没有拿到任何文件、酒店信息或任何指导。无论如何,询问客人毛巾的使用情况——尤其是在有六位登记入住客人的情况下——是完全没有必要且不专业的。
晚餐回来后,我们越来越觉得房间脏乱不堪,决定不再入住。我们联系了希尔顿酒店集团,他们让我们联系Trip.com(我们是通过Trip.com预订的)。Trip.com直接联系了酒店,但同样遭到了前台工作人员的粗鲁对待。我们被告知第二天会联系经理,但两天过去了,经理仍未回复,而且酒店拒绝退款。
我们晚上8点左右退房,总共在房间里待了大约30分钟,主要是放下行李就去吃饭了。尽管房间不干净、缺少床上用品,而且服务态度也不专业,酒店仍然拒绝退款。
一家宣传可容纳六位客人的酒店,理应提供干净的房间、合适的床上用品、基本的待客之道和周到的服务。这家酒店在所有这些方面都令人失望。
预订这家酒店前请务必慎重考虑。我们对这次入住深感后悔。
