Family Trip
The hotel has a very bad odor, our ac unit was left torn apart, the sleeper sofa was left open, a dresser drawer and coat hanger was broken with the pieces left in the room. The room phone was out of service. The pool area was dirty, old out dated and broken furniture. Glad it was just a one night stay. Would recommend staying elsewhere. Hotel staff were uninterested in our room concerns.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. TV wouldn’t connect to internet. AC made a terrible noise. Bathroom sink had a leak and the tile had been poorly installed/repaired.

Fleas
After staying in the room for a few hours, my daughter and I were both bitten by fleas in the hotel room. I was able to catch one and I have photos of it. We checked out of the hotel immediately. The fifth floor hallway and our room had a damp musty smell, although my wife and daughter couldn’t smell it.

房间不错👍，房间干净整洁
酒店地理位置优越，满足了我们的需求。早餐不错，服务人员也很周到。房间很干净，但有点霉味。冰箱坏了。浴室的装修有点粗糙，特别是密封胶打得不好。房间很安静。
