The place needs some major updates, the room smelled old and the furniture was very old and worn. The front desk lady was nice.

Disgusting Disaster
The place looked nothing like the photos on line. My first clue should have been the smell in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and got me checked in. When I opened the door to my room I immediately took a step back. There was a very pungent odor in the room, it looked and felt dirty. There were 2 pieces of furniture in the room, I didn’t not sit my bag on either of them. They were both heavily stained with god knows what and the bed looked like someone was under the covers. I don’t know what was going on there other than an extremely bad bed and the lack of making the bed. My skin was crawling and I knew there was no way in hell I was staying there.
I went to the front desk and politely explained I could not stay there and asked my card be refunded. Keep in mind I paid an extra charge to check in early so I could get ready for a funeral I was in town for. I was told they would try to refund my early check in fee but could not refund hotel charge as it was non refundable. I said but I’m not staying, I get it ifI never showed up and the room was needed but I’m standing right here and clearly no one was staying there with 3 cars in the parking lot. I contacted Comfort Inn and Suites, they would tell me to contact the hotel, which clearly is not a hotel but a motel. When I contacted the “hotel” by phone while driving to the funeral they told me to contact corporate. I finally reached out to my credit card company to disputed the charges. I’m still waiting

The staff was excellent. They quickly resolved any questions we had.
The location was great for us as we were traveling with our fur babies. There was lots of green space for them and the areas were well lit at night.

That room offered more space and a seating area; however, upon arrival I learned that because I had requested an accessible room, that room was unavailable. That information was unavailable to me on the website.😔 I selected this property because it was pet friendly. There was no mention of the amount of the charge for this. Upon arrival I learned the extra charge was $20/dog per night. I feel all the information should have been available on the ******* booking site.

I loved how clean and open the rooms were. The staff was also super friendly and room service after we didn't awake the first call and they found we slept late had stopped coming as early as not to disturb our rest. The only thing i did not like was The quicktrip as we found some nasty things there but that does not pertain to the hotel. 50 out of 10 would definitely stay again.

We did not stay, the room smelled horrible, it was dirty and not a safe area at all! We checked in and checked right out! Around 30 people partying in the parking lot, would not ever go back or recommend to anyone.

我们入住期间,电视服务一直无法使用。我们打电话反映了几次,他们都保证正在维修,但一整晚都没能恢复。我们订了两间房,两间房的电视都坏了。浴缸里还有一根头发。不过,酒店地理位置确实不错,交通便利,附近有加油站和餐馆。
厕所在移动,很松动,浴缸很脏,这座建筑缺乏大量的维护。
