这家酒店的助理经理拒绝给我安排带阳台的房间，而且空调只在房间的一侧，根本感觉不到制冷效果……温度也只有66华氏度（约19摄氏度），而且风速很低。
地理位置优越，靠近商店和餐厅，交通便利，方便前往主要干道。但由于没有双层玻璃，所以比较吵。所以建议选择可以俯瞰泳池的房间，而不是123街的房间。这些房间也有露台。电视不是高清的，所以画质很差。
如果您喜欢安静，周末最好不要来；很多家庭和情侣会来这里聚会，尤其是在泳池边。除非您喜欢这样！尽管有上述提到的一些小瑕疵，我们还是会一直住这家酒店。员工很友善，客房服务也一流。
这家酒店还可以。我住的房间里有一张小床，够两个人睡。我觉得这家酒店有点贵，不过我知道迈阿密的住宿都很贵。我不知道下次还会不会住这家。
房间破败不堪，脏乱不堪，臭气熏天！！非常失望，因为我之前在美国各地住过其他几家贝斯特韦斯特酒店，这家真的太糟糕了。
这处房产到处都很脏。停车场被淹了。走廊里弥漫着霉味。我不会推荐任何人入住这里。
不如预期。我多次入住贝斯特韦斯特酒店，以往的服务都令人满意。
