Stayed 3 nights with half-board meal plan, it's a smart choice for our ski trip. The hotel is about 10 minute walk from train station, or you can take their shuttle. The room was spacious and very clean, though a little dated. Breakfast and dinner were awesome, delicious meals. The public bath was well maintained and amenities provided. The outdoor bath was great. Saw many happy kids around in the hotel. Looked like the little ones enjoyed their stay too. For skiers and riders: Snow reports posted in lobby daily. Free lockers assigned to your room in the basement. Ski/snowboard rental shop is right next door to the hotel, bill directly to your room. Discounted lift tickets available in the lobby machine, takes cash or IC card (no luck with foreign credit card). Shuttle to Yuzawa Kogen and Gala every morning. Shuttle back to hotel runs every hour.

有车接送车站，离JR站也很近，浴场有点小，但洗浴用品很齐全。服务态度也好，下次去越后汤泽的话会再想入住。
位置很好找。要是淋浴能更好用，天花板再高一点就好了。我的头撞到门框了。
租用雪具的人不够专业，令到我租的滑雪boots很松，浪费了第一天滑雪，不建议有心滑雪的人在这里租用具。
另外，有温泉是很好，但可惜温泉的水不够热，令到滑雪后肌肉复原的效果比其他温泉欠佳，这只是我个人滑雪经验。
酒店附近有一个很近的巴士站可以去某几个雪场，但可能当天大雪，等了半个小时多才有车出现。
但非常近越后汤泽车站，食嘢非常很方便！
里面设备蛮好的，温泉也很棒，餐饮也不错，服务人员也很好，整体很干净房间很干净 暖气很强喔，希望下次有机会还会再去一次。
很喜欢这间旅馆。
经朋友介绍，住得很舒服，早餐、晚餐都很好吃。酒店非常方便，附近有很多居酒屋。酒店提供多辆往返雪场的班车，非常方便。
我们没有在这里过夜，而是在游览完滑雪胜地后来泡温泉、吃饭。温泉很不错，有大量的面霜、洗发水和其他瓶装水。如果能把外面的窗帘拉开，我们就能看见外面了。饭菜很棒，感觉有 15 道菜，每一道菜都是一次小发现。很棒的一次旅行，工作人员在返回东京的火车上提供了很大的帮助。
我住在东京纪尾井町新大谷酒店的附属酒店汤泽新大谷。入住新大谷一晚14,000日元！ 不得不说，这是一间充满怀旧气息的日式房间。 酒店的露天浴池非常舒服。 步行即可到达许多餐馆和卡拉 OK 店。这也是一处怀旧的街景。 我们在室内品尝了越后汤泽著名的甜品“筱之幸”。这是一种美味的像麻糬一样的甜品。 这家酒店附近有汤泽高原索道。我们乘坐可容纳166人的巨大缆车，从山顶俯瞰令人印象深刻的山脉和城市景观。 如果在当地购买这条索道，往返2800日元，但在汤泽新大谷售票机上可以2400日元购买！ 虽然停留的时间很短，但我还是能够放松下来。 感谢你们对我的帮助。
