该酒店环境好，房间大，员工服务好，卫生好！在酒店楼上住可以看到多伦多市中心，下次有机会还会选择这家。
前台稍微有点生疏，可能酒店升级系统吧~早餐西式的，不是自助餐，和国内有点距离~其它还行
床很舒服、一切都干干净净的、边上有个小树林、酒店对面有一片餐厅和超市。简直太可爱了。只是空调的声音有点大。不过并没有影响我入睡。服务人员非常热情和耐心。
总体还不错，有阳台，设施环境也很好
用携程这么久来第一次给差评
第一次遇到定了房间，前台和我说没走我的入住信息的情况，后来联系客服解决了，但是这个半个小时直接影响我后面看演唱会踩点，全程匆匆忙忙
房间卫生还不行，毛巾上有明显的污渍，甚至有一条毛巾上还有不明毛发
早上九点酒店突然拉警报，但是无事发生，警报响了有一分钟左右的时间
总体来说真的不行！
我们在这家酒店度过了一个愉快的假期。工作人员非常友善和乐于助人，环境也令人非常满意。我们一定会再来这家酒店，并且也会向其他人推荐。
房间基本满意。早餐很丰盛。2楼有微波炉，房间里面有冰箱。唯一的不足是三台电梯只有一台开，等半天。
酒店虽然有点旧，但所处的地理位置很好，旁边有许多餐厅、咖厅，占地面积大且很干净，见到很多日本人在管理。可能人手不足，服务不周到，缺什么的要自己到前台领取。性价比不错，整体满意。
