Regenta has one of the best service staff. Our trip was wonderful with amazing atmosphere. Its just 5 out of 5 in terms of value for money, cleanliness and food serives. Our overall experience was really great and it has become one of the best memories for us.

The receptionist were rude. I called and asked for early check in and they said we’ll provide you one room as we had booked two rooms, But when we reached there they kept us waiting and we were ok but when I asked how much more time then they started taking rudely. The rooms shown in the picture are totally fancy but actual rooms are not at all good. And coming to the breakfast, as I have already paid for 4 days so I had to stay there and they served the same 4 different things only that too daily. Bad experience.

Location of the property is perfect for the visitors coming to Mumbai by air, quite near to both domestic and international airports. It is about 10 kilometers away from BKC, but it can take 40 to 60 minutes, or even more during traffic hours.
Food is excellent here. Taste and quality the food is very good, and prices are very reasonable. The best is their breakfast, which was free with room. It is not best because it was free, it was best because of the varieties of the items served.
Rooms of the Hotel are quite spacious andclean. Beds are quite big enough to accommodate couple and a child. Air-conditioners are properly functioning. There are three chairs and a small table in the room. Bathroom and toilet separated by glass panel, but very neat and clean. Reception and dinning area are centrally air-conditioned.
With all above qualities, the services and the staff of the hotel is equally matching. All the staff, from top to bottom, are eager to help, very courteous and cooperative.
Never experienced any nuisance in the hotel. Appropriate hotel for family, married couples, businessman, tourists etc.

The property is Well connected, however, 4 out 5 in Food experience and 2 in Service quality, Had issue in Wifi connectivity had reported the same to the concerned but no luck.
酒店设施非常老旧，急需维修。灯具松动、开关面板损坏、枕头脏污，酒店确实需要翻新了。
另外，酒店和第三方预订平台之间在订单处理上似乎也存在问题。
