Ravi, Abhishek & Dipender were excellent in their hospitality. Thank you guys for making it memorable for us! Special thanks to Ravi & Abhishek for being warm & always available, even for our small requirements. You guys rock! More power & success to you both. It was our first marriage anniversary & Pride Amber Vilas Resort proven out to be an excellent choice for celebration & stay. They gave us a complimentary cake, room decoration & a warm welcome, all of which a a tired guest would heartfully appreciate from a long distance travel. I recommend this place a 1000%. Must visit. ❤️ Ram Ram Sa!

酒店地理位置不太好，离机场和斋浦尔市中心都比较远，但价格也因此比较实惠，而且占地面积大，房间也很宽敞。我在印度住过好几家酒店，但大多都没有暖气，这让我很困扰。值得庆幸的是，这家酒店有暖气，这让我感到非常满意。
从办理入住开始，服务就差强人意。我等了很久，工作人员也不知道该给我分配哪个房间（其他客人比我们晚到都拿到房了，我们还在等），最终等了45分钟才拿到房间，结果还不是我预订的那种。他们把我们安排在后面的房间，而我们预订的是园景房。投诉要求换房时，我要求和经理谈谈，但他没有露面，又等了半小时，他们才尝试准备房间。顺便说一句，我们并没有提早到，我们是提前申请了提早入住，因为天气不好加上堵车。这里的经理似乎很高傲或者很懦弱，不愿意面对或倾听顾客，所以大家可以想象会遇到什么。他只是把问题推给前台工作人员处理。
食物也不怎么样，我真希望我当初预订的是一些国际品牌酒店，而不是尝试这家看起来有点传统特色的酒店。可怜的员工们似乎都在努力撑场面。

一片宁静的绿洲。这座宏伟的度假村坐落于美丽的公园之中，提供奢华的服务和体贴周到的员工。度假村维护得完美无瑕，拥有顶级的餐饮和丰盛的自助早餐。无论您提出任何要求，都会得到热情周到的回应，干洗服务也堪称一流（衣物洗后焕然一新）。我强烈推荐这里。
这家酒店太棒了！员工非常热情友好，乐于助人，而且随时都能提供帮助。床铺非常舒适，而且一尘不染，浴室也同样如此。花园景色优美，维护得也非常好。我强烈推荐这家酒店！
所有服务都达到标准。这是个适合周末度假的漂亮住所，食物很好，氛围也很好，而且还有公共交通。最好的是它靠近 chowki dhani ................ ................ ....... ......
