请注意，一居室公寓位于下层，没有外部景观。这一点在Trip.com预订时并未说明。
此外，公寓的照片也不符实，照片上显示有海景阳台，但实际上并没有。
而且，酒店一半的区域正在翻新。屋顶泳池也无法使用。
所有带特大号床的房间都位于地下室。没有景观，也没有阳光。房间里有很多虫子，而且打扫得不干净。晚上蚊子太多了，根本睡不着。工作人员推荐了升级房型，但价格是原房间的两倍。升级后的房间是两室两床的，对于情侣来说太大了，不太合适。
这是我此次约旦之旅住的第二家瑞享，整体都没有死海那家好，尤其是服务。我在预订时明确写了此行是我们的纪念日旅行，酒店并没有做任何布置，前台也没有跟我们表达祝福，不但不热情，甚至第一晚还因为当天到的旅游团把房间占满了，把我原本订的大床房换成了双床，这跟死海瑞享酒店的服务简直天差地别。不会推荐身边的朋友来这家，让我很失望！

非常好的酒店，有友善的员工，美味的自助餐和布置精美的房间。沐浴拖鞋质量非常高。补充水果和迷你吧。每天晚上 4:00 至 4:30 提供免费美味巧克力和巧克力蛋糕。游泳池非常好，还有一个漩涡浴缸。又可爱了。
