遗憾的是水疗护理已经订满了。尽管酒店前台指引我们过去，但水疗前台并没有人在。不过我们还是很享受按摩浴缸、蒸汽房和桑拿。在泳池里短暂地游了一会儿，但人很多。很喜欢晚餐和自助早餐。没有电梯，房间在二楼，需要走一段路——我们不介意，但对其他客人来说可能会不方便。
我不太确定我预订的房间是不是我最终入住的房间。不过当时我没有对此采取任何行动，而且我相信，如果真有问题，酒店肯定会解决的。
酒店地理位置优越，周边绿树成荫，风景宜人，距离盖特威克机场约12分钟车程。这里环境安静，服务热情周到，提供充足的免费停车位，房间宽敞舒适，设施齐全。我们没有享用早餐，也没有使用休闲设施或24小时客房服务，但总体感觉这些应该都达到了不错的标准。唯一美中不足的是我们房间的温度控制不太正常。我们向前台反映后，他们说会“重启”供暖系统，但之后房间依然有点冷。除此之外，没有其他可抱怨的，值得推荐。
从皇冠假日酒店改名了，但基本上一切都和以前一样。
