Last minute booking made on a Friday with my family, toddler (3) and our dog. Booking, check in, dinner and breakfast reservations all super smooth and easy and so so welcoming! Lovely room, heating, water, shower all clean and comfortable. Very nice stay. Food was overwhelmingly great! Had dinner on evening of arrival and was fine dining at it's best! Breakfast has a vast array of hot and cold choices - you are not left wanting for anything! Check out was smooth again and ample parking. The staff were extra helpful with places to see close by and very helpful and informative! Would love to come back soon!!!

Lovely Spa experience , with my daughter for my birthday. The Hotel was oldy Worldy, which I loved. The food was great, All the staff were friendly, with a special mention to Paul on the bar in the hotel, who arranged some Tapas food , even though it was nearly 5 pm , and he also told us a bit of history about the Lake. The views were amazing and the Spa treatments were great. There is also a pub on site . I would love a return visit in the summer. Thank you so much Best regards Rita Murray and Vicky Grice

Came for a 3 night stay at the same time as heavy snow was forecast. I’m so glad we did. The hotel is beautiful, our room was warm, cosy, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated , with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful at every level, nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional. The open fires and comfortable sofas and chairs were a delight. But the views!!! Oh my, the views were simply stunning! The light shifting throughout the day, the sun glistening on the snow, it looked like we’d booked into a ski resort! It was just the tonic that we both needed following a busy Christmas followed by a rather nasty cold virus, we really couldn’t be happier. Thanks to all the team for your diligence and attention to detail. We’ll be back, and we’d like the same room please! 😊

Just on our annual vist to the above hotel it so amazing very old but the view are just priceless The evening meal was 10 out 10 thank you chef and his team and for my birthday plate And thank you to all the team Book room 1 Kind regards Mrs & Mrs p hughes

Wonderful break in fabulous scenery. Great food, lovely rooms (dogs welcome) great bar and staff. Highly recommend this hotel for a recharge and enjoyable break. Lamb and dinner menu was amazing

Undeniably beautiful location. I am local so just visited for the spa. The spa was clean, warm and the view out on the front porch is gorgeous. The massage I had was amazing and I left feeling very relaxed and comfortable. Hot tub was perfect temperature and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Towels, robes, slippers and water provided. Afternoon tea was also delicious and the view to enjoy it is spectacular. The desserts were heavenly. The only downside would be that the spa is very small! As a staying guest I think the spa is reasonable but to come just for the spa it's slightly disappointing with the lack of facilities. There's only a hot tub, Steam room (which was out of order) and a sauna. I understand why there isn't but it would be lovely if there was a pool! There was also a a lack of seats as I was there as part of a three and there was a family of four in there too and only 6 beds in total. I would say the spa would be more suitable as a, you hire it for an hour experience, rather than sharing it with other people as it is very intimate and small and can be slightly awkward when sharing the hot tub, sauna and even the general room.

酒店里没有欧洲插头的充电选项🤦♀️餐厅的价格完全过高——我点了一份中等大小的菲力牛排——它做得很好——我把它退回去了——然后又来了一份做得很好的🫤我吃了它以免浪费晚上的时间——花了将近 44 欧元，我的盘子里有一块普通的炸牛排，最多重 120 克，还有半根胡萝卜、四分之一的西兰花🥦和一汤匙土豆泥——然后我不得不用一盘奶酪作为甜点填饱肚子——不幸的是，这个价格太贵了🥺

荷兰迷你拉力赛期间，在这家美丽的特色酒店住了两晚。漂亮的大房间，很棒的床，又漂亮又安静。美丽的游泳池和美味的菜肴和美味的早餐。从这里参观美丽的斯诺登尼亚国家公园和威尔士的好地方。经理非常乐于助人，向我们介绍了很多有关历史和地区的信息。很想回来😍
