Siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti di apprendere che il suo soggiorno presso il nostro hotel non ha soddisfatto gli standard attesi. Ci rammarichiamo inoltre dei ritardi e delle difficoltà che hai riscontrato nel comunicare con il nostro team del front office. Faremo in modo che la tua esperienza venga esaminata con il nostro team per garantire che tali problemi vengano evitati in futuro. Segnaliamo però che ovviamente è possibile farsi scrivere in camera i conti del bar e del ristorante e poi fatturarli a fine soggiorno. Sensibilizzeremo di conseguenza anche il nostro personale addetto alle pulizie, affinché in futuro le camere vengano pulite secondo i nostri standard. Purtroppo senza ulteriori dati non possiamo risalire alla birra non pagata, ma sospettiamo che sia stata prenotata per errore nella tua camera. Naturalmente vorremmo scusarci per questo. Rooms were lovely, staff lovely and whole place is generally clean except for all cigarette butts outside front door which is first thing you see. Parking €29 a night so park out front or on neighbouring streets for free. The restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed for some reason and bar only opens for 5.30 onwards so if you arrive early you can just sit in the lobby. The room we had was a suite and had two bathrooms and was very spacious, water piping hot with great pressure, shower was awesome! Fast easy to connect WiFi and very comfy beds and nice soft towels. Breakfast is €22 per person and children eat for free, which is superb as the breakfast buffet was absolutely superb!! There wasn’t much NOT to eat and the coffee was of great quality, very impressed as we had a long drive ahead of us and set us up for the day. If staying in Munich stay here as very centralised and has a great little mall round the corner for Asian restaurant, kebab, bakery, butchers , pharmacy and a pennys. Great stay

Terrible experience, the hotel is very wind down and I had 5 flies in my room some dead when I got there at 11pm. No phone to warn reception in the room and I was ready for bed. Reception person even challenged my online booking payment with Booking despite showing all the relevant receipts. Terrible experience so far.

灾难性的或许是最能描述它的含义。我们期待着圣诞假期后在慕尼黑度过一个美好的夜晚。我们选择这家酒店是因为它靠近安联球场。在主页上它看起来非常时尚和现代，但我们却非常失望。 接待员无法提供任何信息，并且也不太积极。由于入住率低，餐厅已关闭（接待员说：没有任何情况），我们在抵达之前并未收到通知。她无法推荐去哪里享用美味佳肴。我们预订的套房只是表面上干净，但实际上却非常热，因为暖气无法调节。随后，一位技术人员过来保证问题已经解决，但是当我们吃完饭回来时，暖气又全速运转了。根本没有机会睡觉。 由于显然没有剩余房间，我们被要求将套房换成两间较低级别的房间。我要求技术人员再来一次，因为我们一家人预订大房间不是没有原因的。然后我回到房间等待。今天就行动。因为没人来，接待员也没有联系。无论如何，我们进一步的干预也无济于事，所以我们就此打住，不再去打扰这位不知所措的女士。早餐质量一般。然而，大厅里的厕所看起来好像很久没有清洁过了。我不记得曾经经历过如此糟糕的服务。
高层建筑标间-5星：暖气不工作，空调不工作（房间内注明：……目前不可用），备注是几周或几个月前的。问题不仅出现在一个房间，而且至少出现在 3 层楼（有一些团体有大约 20 个房间，分布在至少 3 个不同的楼层）。一天早上，当起床洗澡时，也没有温水，窗户又小又黑，床垫下垂且太软。由于背痛，同事不得不用吹风机给房间取暖，住了一晚后我升级到了新楼的高级房间。那他们就没事了。如果你只知道这些房间你可以给 4 星。 早餐很好，午餐选择也不错。 停车场很大，车位充足，还有充电站。 总结：新楼4星，高层-5星。我们和一群国际经理一起在那里，我真的不得不为慕尼黑和德国感到羞耻。高层建筑可以关闭或出租作为技术人员的房间，价格为 30 欧元（抱歉，我不想冒犯任何人）。预订时或网站上没有关于暖气/空调无法工作的信息。远离标准间。
