My Pet peeve is a smoking area by the front door, the area was littered with discarded cigarette butts, giving the impression of a dirty stay. The clerk did not know how to handle an ******* reservation and I now have 4 charges to my credit card, but I was assured they would drop off, Not yet! Room was excellent, fighting in hallway 2nd floor after 10 PM with loud cursing.

Good Stay
Easy hotel to locate and no problems with parking. Front desk and staff were friendly. Room was clean, no missing necessities. Plenty of space in the room and the hotel was a nice atmosphere. Will stay here again if ever in the area.

This is the second or third time I’ve stayed up this hotel. Every time has been a first class experience. Staff is friendly. It’s always clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. I stay there as part of an annual trip and probably will stay there again.

Have stayed before. Overall facilities are in good condition though maintenance is needed for things like showerheads and leaky faucets

There was pink mold on the shower head. The bathroom fan had a large amount of visible dirt/ dust and it did not work.
The shower was large and spacious. Room was very spacious

Butler Stay
The room I reserve was not ready at 4 pm and had to settle for something else or wait. After an eight-hour drive waiting was not an option. Checked out a day early and have not yet receive final invoice from hotel.

但早餐却大不如前。有些食物没有及时补充，以前常有的东西也都不见了。没有煮鸡蛋，没有培根，没有华夫饼或煎饼，也没有花生酱。根本不值得去问。我们通常都是一群人出行，晚上外出后常常想找个地方聚一聚，但现在早餐室也不再提供这项服务了。这次住宿算不上差，但就像我说的，没有达到我们预期的那种愉快体验。
