Room was not made up for second night.no towels,no coffee. Room keys not upgraded for second night.
Poor planning on part of management .
I have had better service from lesser motels.

Booked the jet tub room paid extra for it and the plug for the drain didn’t work. Disappointing.

Paper thin walls. Room next door had TV and computer going all night. Sounded like it was beside me. Got zero sleep. That resulted in the poor rating.
Clean Hotel though. Nice rooms. Good Breakfast. Great location.

Rooms are very quiet. Everything is clean, including room, hallways and common areas. Appreciated the instant hot water and water pressure in the bathroom.
Suggest adding more gluten-free items for breakfast.

The location and parking where great. The bed was clean and comfortable.
What was hard to overlook was the hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor that wasn't mine. More care needed in cleaning. Every mirror was cloudy. But it is a very old building.

They did not heat the corridors on any floor . It was colder than outside and the outside was 1 degree Celsius!

Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We had just been in a Hampton's in Red Deer the previous night so expected the same. However even though it was the same brand it wasn't as good. The rooms just seemed a little worn. - the bedspread had a couple of holes in it that you don't like to see. Red Deer had a much better shower, amenities, bedding and breakfast. This hotel's breakfast was ok. Think we will look for somewhere else next time.
住得很舒服。电视节目有点过时，感觉是老旧的有线电视，不太确定。入住和退房手续都很便捷。早餐非常美味，吃得很饱。唯一想说的是，每次想喝点东西或吃零食都得下楼，这太不方便了。建议可以放些自动售货机。当然，有没有都无所谓啦，我肯定还会再来的。
