Breakfast had limited options. They were out of hot food and we had to wait several minutes before they brought out more.
The elevator was weird. For us and others the elevator would go past the floor you selected. Go to a different floor and then go back down to the lobby.
Our room looked old. But it was clean and comfortable.

When I first checked in there was no one at front desk for several minutes so I went out to eat and came back later. Only one of two elevators was operational but would only go to my floor after several attempt (hint: hold the button continuously to get where you wanna go). Breakfast was the bare minimum they could serve. Positive note room was clean.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for.
If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, this is the place. If you’re looking for comfort, find another hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is updated and the hallways but that’s where the updates end. Only one elevator was working, it was so sketchy and noisy. . If that one wasn’t working, they’d like you to use the stairs. There are 11 floors!! The shower and toilet pressure were awful. I didn’t feel clean afterwards and you had to hold the toilet handle down for 30 seconds to get it to flush. I also found a toenail in the hallway. No microwave or fridge. They used to be here but are no longer a thing. We also didn’t have a remote but we weren’t there to watch tv. Beds were ok. Lots of pillows. They also advertise a free breakfast. That’s a lie because they put a sign out saying no breakfast today. I really like hotel waffles. The upper floor rooms are cramped to move around in. I will never stay here again. I would’ve complained right to them but they didn’t care and I don’t want them to charge my card extra. It also looks like someone tried to break into this room at one point.

We checked in at 3:45pm and the rooms were both not ready. We booked 2 rooms but were not next to each other. We had to wait to get into our rooms along with other hotel guests. No garbage can at all in one room. Pool water was too cold to swim in and my kids swim in almost any temperature of water. We were told that 2 housekeepers just left and didn’t clean 20 rooms. That’s why the rooms weren’t ready. One of the elevators didn’t work at all and the other one only stopped on a few floors out of 13. It looks like it used to be a very fancy hotel, but it’s getting more run down now. For the price, it worked for one night.

我预订了房间,房间本身不错,但预订信息上写有冰箱和微波炉,而我房间里却没有。另外,游泳池区域也关闭了。
