我们入住的开端糟透了。
服务给一星，因为你家有个叫卡尔的臭小子，还以为自己是希尔顿的老板。唐和朱莉安娜人都特别好，也很乐于助人。但卡尔需要明白，酒店业109%是以顾客为导向的。
噪音很大，好像有人整晚都在跑动，早上根本睡不着。我还要求淋浴，结果却被安排到了带浴缸的房间，浴缸用起来很费劲。
