酒店回复: We do apologize for the inconvenience; however, the construction was out of our control as that was a city decision to repair and build according to ADA guidelines to help make the city more accessible for those who need it, alongside construction of a freeway bridge on a different highway exit. We know this can be frustrating for incoming guests trying to navigate around town and hope you can make a trip again to experience Brigham with no construction :)

We do apologize for the lack of microwaves; however, Hilton has updated our brand standards for Hampton Inns [NOT Hampton Inn & Suites] a few years ago so now the only rooms that have microwaves are our suites. We do have one in the lobby guests are more than welcome to use! We are currently working on getting our A/C back up and running in our common areas and do apologize for the lack of. All of our mobility accessible rooms are up to ADA standards. The room you stayed in was not a mobility accessible room; however, it was a hearing accessible room. We hope you choose to stay with us again and have a great evening!

泳池冷得要命。热水浴缸很温暖，我觉得还可以再热一点。
