Update:When I tried to address the issue in person, the hotel’s response was truly impressive—one staff member accused me of lying, while the other couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge the complaint. The level of indifference was astonishing.Later, when Trip.com customer service reached out to mediate, the hotel remained equally uncooperative, resisting even the slightest attempt at resolution.But surprise! Once this review went public, the hotel suddenly found the time and motivation to write a passionate essay defending themselves.Clearly, guest wellbeing is optional—but protecting their online reputation? Now that’s a priority. 👏
酒店位置满分,核心景点步行可达,还有24小时麦当劳。从机场搭乘SkyBus,可线上或现场购票,抵达Southern Cross后换乘免费电车即可到达。房间干净舒适,水温水压稳定,备品优质,前台专业,入住退房高效顺畅,整体入住体验极佳。
这酒店别去。卫生奇差,床上粉尘巨大,打喷嚏打了两天。订了两天,第一晚还没结束想提前退房被拒绝,导致第二天车停在酒店推荐的停车场后车窗直接被砸。难受。
总的来说,我喜欢这家酒店。我已经在印尼的美居酒店住过好几次了,这次选择墨尔本美居是因为我要住九晚。房间很干净,设施也一应俱全。晚上很安静,我可以睡个好觉。热水和空调/暖气都很给力。酒店位置靠近火车站,出行非常方便。我肯定会再来住的。
在这里住得很愉快。地理位置是最大的亮点,离电车站不远,而且不像市中心那样拥挤。不过,酒店设施不够齐全,应该自带一些洗漱用品。
酒店地理位置非常好,尤其是我们参加了一日游,集合点离酒店很近。房间有点小,而且令人惊讶的是门上竟然没有防盗链,一个酒店房间门怎么能没有防盗链呢?床垫也坏了,我们要求换了房间。这家酒店的前台晚上11点后就关门了。
酒店位置很好,就在女皇市场后边,距离州立图书馆步行只要十分钟,距离卡尔顿园林步行也只需要十五分钟,而且酒店处在免费电车区域,搭电车去其它景点也很方便,酒店周围有7-11,aldi,买东西很方便。酒店房间宽敞,设施齐全,还带有小厨房,微波炉,冰箱等。重点表扬一下酒店服务,前台会提前发邮件确认到店时间,但是因为飞机延误,到酒店已经半夜了,也超过了约定好的时间,但是马上就能联系上前台,工作人员也很及时赶到了,check in很有耐心,很热情,check out的时候也很便捷,把房卡交回前台就可以离店了。这个价格在墨尔本订到这样子的酒店性价比相当高的!
这次住宿体验非常糟糕,让人沮丧。
首先,淋浴设备有严重问题。花洒坏了,固定不住。淋浴时它竟然掉下来砸到了我,这简直是严重的安全隐患。浴室设计也很差,淋浴水总是溢出来,弄得整个地板又湿又滑。
当我向前台反映这些问题时,他们的态度非常敷衍,好像根本不关他们的事。当我提到花洒砸到我时,他们甚至指责我撒谎,完全没有提供任何实质性的帮助。
更离谱的是,因为他们漏水的淋浴导致一条毯子受潮,他们先是让我支付20澳元的押金,结果第二天,这笔费用莫名其妙地涨到了100澳元。我被迫为他们的设施故障造成的损坏支付一笔不合理的费用。
总而言之,从房间设施到员工服务,再到这些可疑的收费,这次体验都让人大失所望。我强烈建议大家不要住这里。

服务还行,不过我们和几位员工有点沟通不畅。不知为何,我们留在房间里用以保持室内暖气的房卡被拿走了,当时室外大概只有6摄氏度(非常冷)。
酒店设施本身很棒,我们有很多厨房电器、碗碟、餐具,应有尽有!然而,楼层里的卫生间是锁着的,本该是住客可以使用的。
我们没有在酒店用餐。
房间很干净。有个小抱怨,就是门上没有额外的安全链。我知道门是双重锁定的,但安全链是所有酒店的标准配置,这是我第一次遇到这种情况,他们给的理由是自新冠疫情以来所有的安全链都被拆除了?除此之外,入住体验非常舒适。地理位置也很方便,酒店门口就有电车站。
位置非常好,房间也很宽敞。服务也很好,因为有空房,他们让我们提早入住了。谢谢!
