I stayed here after nearly all flights out of Chicago were canceled, so I'm sure it was an unexpectedly busy night. But everyone at the hotel--front desk, maintenance, and shuttle drivers--was patient, kind, and helpful. It made a frustrating day and night much easier to handle.

3rd time staying here. Very nice, always clean, friendly staff. A little outdated for the prices but ill take the cleanliness.
