Everything went ok. AC quit during night but it was our last night so just got hot in room while preparing to leave. Room smelled like smoke although it states it’s a non smoking floor. They tried to cover up smell with cleaners but then just smelt like smoky cleaning chemicals. Asked for room cleaning when we left for a day and wasn’t done. But it was safe and secure. Breakfast wasn’t very good either. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was good but the room did not have a dish washer like stated in the website. The shampoo bottle did not work. And the tv had limited channels not cable tv.

When I got there around 10:pm no one was at the front desk, had to wait 5-10 minutes for some one to help me out, they came out of the back.

I am a loyal Hilton Honors member so I hate to have to write such a poor review but this hotel really dropped the ball. I changed rooms 4 times, twice on the 2nd floor and twice on the 4th floor because of the smell. The first room smelled like something died in the pipes. The next two had an old mildew smell and the forth room had a nasty brown stain on the top comforter and an old dirty stick from an ice cream bar beside the nightstand.
This is not the Hilton way but this is one hotel that I will never ever return too.
Let’s end on a positive, the staff at front desk were amazing every time I came downstairs. Some of the best service. Bravo to

the stay was okay. the air conditioning stopped working mid stay & had to wait until the next day to get a/c! also, only had one washer & one dryer. the night front desk lady was always on the phone, barely greeted us. other than that the room was nice & the area as well. close to many food places & stores.

This place was exceptional. From the comfort and cleanliness of the room, to the friendly hospitality and atmosphere I was impressed. The free continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options for adults and children.
