My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!!
Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful.
Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful.
This will be our “go to” when we visit that area.

This hotel is in need of some updates. There was mold on the baseboards in my room and in the lampshades by my bed. The furniture in the lobby is worn down. The breakfast was good and the staff is friendly but I won’t be staying here again.

The place was nice and restaurants were within walking distance. Apple Maps gives the wrong entrance directions but called and they instructed us to enter at the light by Lowe’s and we were there.

Stopping through on roadtrip
I thought the rooms had a strange smell. Otherwise the stay was great. I liked the upgraded bathroom with showers instead of a tub/shower combo. Located in an active area with a lot of options for food. Close access to Hwy as well.

Holiday Inn Express
Entrance road was blocked so we were frustrated trying to get to the front of the hotel. Also, breakfast should open at 6 am not 7 am!
Front desk manager recommended a great restaurant for dinner and we loved it.

First room had no A/C, needed Freon. They moved me to a different room immediately no issues.

第一晚我的电视遥控器就坏了，而且一直响个不停。第二天早上我第一时间就告诉了酒店工作人员，他们保证会修好。结果并没有修好。脏毛巾被收走了，但没有留下新的。昨晚我回到酒店后打电话到前台，被告知电视修不好，毛巾也送不过来。
浴室没有踢脚线，我打死了两只虫子，而且淋浴间的天花板上有霉菌。
