HI Express very good as always. 4 stars because of noisy neighbor, I had to switch rooms. I felt HI Express should have moved them. Disappointed in the way it was handled.

A few things I found noticeable were ultra clean lobby and room, comfortable bed, custom window shades to control light, friendly staff, fresh brewed coffee / tea 24/7, worthy breakfast, and convenient location in Fort Mill.

The room was clean but not in great condition. The staff was very friendly.
The room television needs to be upgraded. We couldn't watch netflix. The wifi was terrible.

The room was great! Comfortable beds and easy to get in and out of (that’s a problem at other hotels). The staff was most welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was outstanding! There was Biscuits & gravy, fresh sausages, good yogurt selections, great mini omelets, and more!

Clean room breakfast great lots of choices, part of a longer trip so we look up the Holiday Inn Express in other towns if timeing is right for the drive. This is number three on this trip. Affordable, free parking, great breakfast, frendly staff.

The cinnamon rolls were the best part of the breakfast. The staff both at the time of check-in and check out, as well as breakfast and housekeeping staff, were all phenomenal and very friendly.
Will definitely stay again when we are in the area visiting family.

My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!!
Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful.
Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful.

第一晚我的电视遥控器就坏了，而且一直响个不停。第二天早上我第一时间就告诉了酒店工作人员，他们保证会修好。结果并没有修好。脏毛巾被收走了，但没有留下新的。昨晚我回到酒店后打电话到前台，被告知电视修不好，毛巾也送不过来。
浴室没有踢脚线，我打死了两只虫子，而且淋浴间的天花板上有霉菌。
一切都很棒，谢谢。
