Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, room was clean, area around hotel was ok. I have 3 complaints.
1- our tv didnt work, our wall outlets didnt work (only in the kitchen). The front desk tried to fix it but was unsuccessful.
2- wifi didnt really work. We were told its an ongoing issue they are working to fix it asap
3- the shower door is weird. Theres only half a door and it doesnt slide shut. Half the water ended up on floor.

We stayed here for three nights. We loved the property and our room was very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Even though the property is about 15 minute drive from downtown- it offered a shuttle for a decent price. Parking in Nashville is not cheap so this was perfect. Would definitely stay here again

I was told on the phone that the property had a shuttle to the nearby attractions Opryland. But then I was told by the front desk upon arrival that they have a shuttle only sometimes….

The room was well laid out and plenty of space. The kitchen and sitting area were fantastic.
