The staff got us checked in quickly and very friendly. Even gave my husband a key to the room as he was not feeling well while I finished the check in. Room is clean.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind to us. I was traveling with my disabled father and the Hotel Glenpool was even more comfortable than a Hilton brand hotel. This was the best decision we made for this trip! 3 nights, 2 rooms. The beds were great, pillows comfy, towels were nice and soft. Everyone had a smile!

For a small little hotel at that price, it’s solid! My only complaint was the cheap mattress, super bouncy and hard. Outside of that, highly recommend!

The hotel was nice and clean, and check-in was easy. When we first checked in, the television had no signal, but the gentleman working the front desk came and worked on it until it started working. He was very apologetic, and we appreciated his help. Everything else was great. We come to the Tulsa area, occasionally, and will certainly stay here again.

The room was excellent; very clean. Staff was seldom seen. TNo security and the side security door doesn't latch automatically, so most of the time it was left open and unsecure.
Breakfast consisted of waffles, cold cereal, and packaged honey buns; no eggs, meats or warm cereals. Are those who manage the hotel vegatarians???? With the price of the rooms comparative to other major hotels in the area that have a full breakfast menu, I would have expected the same at this hotel.

The room was clean but bed is really hard and makes noise everytime move. The room is listed to come with stacks it does not. Its also listed as a "kitchenette" wich is a complete joke, it a counter with a sink and alot of empty and useless cabinets. Just save your time get the extra bed cause you still get same microwave and hotel fridge

The room was very nice. The staff was friendly. Parking area was well lit up and felt safe. Not much of a scenery but cozy. Only complaint we have is.. the breakfast selection was bare minimum and not much to choose from.
