We visit Duluth at least twice a year and like to check out different hotels. We decided to try this one because of the location.
Hotel is pretty new, still got a fresh feel. The first surprise was that they don't provide luggage racks. But the most unpleasant surprise was to find someone's hair (on a floor and walls) in the shower. This is the last thing you would expect from Marriott!
Breakfast wasn't great: the "hot breakfast" was represented by cold and tasteless packaged omelets.
We do not recommend this hotel.

So wonderful to be on Park Point!! So fun to walk over the Lift Bridge and have all of Canal Park to play in . Grandma’s & all the variety of shops within a short walk !! And of course you have Lake Superior on all sides !!

Location right on the harbor was wonderful. Courteous knowledgeable staff. Clean comfortable attractive room.
One night there was a boisterous crowd in the lobby dining area...could not be heard in my first floor room. Good gym and small pool

This is our second time staying here with a little one and we’ll keep coming back! Decent price and the views are great! Just wish we had a nice tub instead of a stand shower but nothing can’t work with.

All was good, but we both got sick after eating the breakfast. Think it was the “scrambled eggs” which was more like an omlette
