There needs to be more flexibility on the room cleaning service. Full service ends at 1 pm which does not work when you’re leaving the room a little late. A kettle in the room would be appreciated

We understand that a 1:00 PM cut-off for full service can be restrictive for guests who prefer to sleep in or leave their rooms later, and we will certainly look into ways to offer more flexible options for daily cleaning.We also appreciate your suggestion regarding a kettle in the room. We do not currently have any that we give out, but for the future, the Keurig's in the rooms can make hot water for you.

Wish they had free breakfast and the restaurant in there had better hour open at 4pm but dont server food til 5pm only to close at 11pm

We recognize the operational gap between 4:00 PM (bar opening) and 5:00 PM (food service start) can be kind of confusing. We include this in our Welcome Letter that we give at check in just so our guests are aware ahead of time. We also understand your desire for complimentary breakfast. We offer a high-quality buffet at a reasonable price. We also have A la Carte options at our Brew and Barrel coffee shop. Your feedback is essential, and we look forward to having the chance to better meet your expectations soon!

The room was very clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was not being able to get a fresh cup of coffee in a room. There is a Kurig but only two little teas for two cups. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bar tenders and Kendrick were so fun to talk to and drinks were great!!

Clean room. Good location for concert at Riverbend as it is self parking and you don’t have to mess with downtown. Downside is not a lot of food options near by for after the show.

我提前好几周预订了房间，结果入住当天他们竟然取消了我的预订，说没房了。这些人真是太差劲了。
不错，但是……
入住体验和房间大小、家具等总体来说都不错。可惜的是，空调一直都无法调节到我们所需的温度。而且，空调的安装方式是气流直接吹向床铺，这导致我们喉咙痛等等。我们想探讨如何改进这个问题。
这家酒店以商务为主，我们大多数人（如果不是全部的话）都是为了工作而来。但酒店有些房间没有无线网络信号。查看电子邮件和视频会议非常困难。
在我们入住期间，他们接待了外地球队布朗队，为了向这些球队致意，他们毫不犹豫地把我们这些普通人赶出房间。当我们去我们新的、不太令人印象深刻的房间时，保安告诉我们，在新球队入住期间，我们不能进入我们的楼层。糟糕的体验，而且位置也不方便。省去麻烦，在辛辛那提市内预订吧。
不值得花钱
这家酒店应该是高端的。没人告诉我们，每周六晚上 10 点之前外面都会有一场音乐会。酒店房间的低音震得很响，让人很不舒服。另外，顶楼还有一家餐厅，我们有一天晚上在那里吃饭。食物花了将近一个小时才送到，而且点的三文鱼是生的。当时餐厅里没有其他人在吃饭。与我们支付的价格不符。
