The room was awful. I couldn’t check into the room. I made a reservation for in the room that they put me in was downgrade. They haven’t refunded me.

Staff rude, I booked through *******, choose to pay at the property, well they tried running my card that I used to hold the room not pay for it. Since it didn't go through they canceled my reservations. So showing up at 10 pm with my mom and kids to find out that they did that was a joke. And having to try to find another was even worse. Dont eve

千万别住这家酒店！我晚上8点带着已确认的预订到达，他们却告诉我酒店客满了，我的钱也白花了。大家千万别去！！！
空调噪音太大，整晚都没睡着。
我跟酒店前台反映过，他们却什么也没做。
入住第一晚，有人从二楼往我的卡车上撒尿。
他们从来没提过酒店不提供客房服务，毛巾得自己带。
停车没问题，但是房间味道太难闻了。从我们踏进房间的那一刻起，就闻到一股浓重的陈旧烟味，这味道甚至渗入了我们的衣服，让我们难以入睡，也无法好好享受这次住宿。
噪音大，难以休息；犯罪活动猖獗；走道和楼梯间肮脏不堪；洗衣设施需要维修和升级；房间陈旧，需要翻新，尤其对于商务旅客而言。
浴室糟透了，床感觉很老式，只有弹簧。我明明订的是吸烟房，结果却被安排到了无烟房。工作人员态度极其恶劣。
停车场里挤满了无家可归的人和坐在车里的人。一位无家可归的妇女正在我们房间外给手机充电。
门关不上，他们只需要换成吸烟室就行了，房间状况很差。
