The lady that is checking, everybody out in the morning is the most disgusting human being I've ever met in my life. She treats everyone like their trash. She mocks them and laughs in their face and she is a terrible terrible employee. You should get rid of her immediately that is my opinion, and actually effect.

Taking another break from the road for a couple days off on my way to my home away from home .The staff is 5 star and the rooms are perfect.

Overall, the room was nice and the grounds were nice. The bathroom needs some accommodations to keep people safe. I slipped in the bathtub and hit my head on the side of the tub. There were no grab bars and the bathtub was slick to stand in. I let the folks know at the office after I fell and then the next day when I checked out and explained to them how slippery that bathtub was.

我喜欢这里的位置，因为它靠近一家提供保龄球和其他趣味活动的商店，而且加油站和餐厅也不远，可以加满油，然后享用一顿美味的热餐。我不喜欢的是，我一走进房间就闻到一股香烟味，因为我以为我住的房间是“无烟”房……而且房间里没有洗发水和护发素，只提供了一块“Studio 6”牌香皂。邻居们很吵，让我一直吵到凌晨3点。
我们被安排的第一个房间根本没法进去，因为那股****的味道让我们无法入睡。他们给我们安排的第二个房间也是****的味道，而且马桶漏水还漏到厨房里。我们第三次去前台，被告知“你们订的是吸烟房，肯定有那种味道”，我回复她说：“我是个烟民，我知道香烟和****的区别”。而且，停车场里还有抛锚的车，总之，感觉很不安全，很不安！！！
我们到得很晚，前台服务员当时正在睡觉，他无视了我出示的*******预订确认单，确认单上写的是两晚无烟房。他给我们安排了一晚的吸烟房，结果第二天早上我们被另一个前台服务员的电话吵醒，要求我们立即退房。我解释了情况后，前台服务员非常通融，把我们的预订延长到了第二天。不过，我不会再住那里了；这附近好像还有很多其他选择。
我在网上预订的双床房没有了。当时只有特大床。所以我问他们能不能打电话给你们（**********）帮我取消预订。他们说不行，我得自己打电话取消。所以，我没有住Studio 6。
住宿体验一般
就价格而言，住宿体验还不错。地理位置优越。房间设施还行。我之前承诺过房间清洁，但一直没来，而且我的房间电话也坏了，我向酒店管理层反映过，但一直没有得到解决。
